Fiestas de la Mercè comes back this 2013 in Barcelona from the 20th to the 24th September. This year, Ferran Adrià will be the speecher and Viena will be the guest city referring to its relationship with the 1714 Barcelona and because the Tricentenario of the Catalan defeated.
